After having lost about 65 pounds 4 years ago, I got pregnant with my second child.
Now, I'm back where I started, but much older(close to 50!), 100 pounds overweight, with high blood pressure, heart palpitations, menopause moods, high stress no time, and a whole bunch of confusion.
WW had always been my diet of choice, but I find now that with the stress of being a stay-at home mom and my insatiable cravings, constant binges, and never-ending hunger, I can't stick to the points. I tried starting the day with no carbs. Then I tried eating smaller portions every few hours. I have not been able to stick with anything and I know that the emotional eating will kill me.
What works for you?
THanks!
