Our goals for this week...

My goal is to cut back with diet soda and replace with water.. I am starting to buy diet soda by the dozen again.. so major red light there.. I know that it's zero calories, but I did hear that diet soda can hinder weight loss for some people.. and from experience I'm one of those people.. after all the only ingredient is sodium :)
Oh and my other goal is to stick to the challenge and actually exercise




My goal is to try and stay really focused this week. I had a weekend of a birthday dinner out, birthday cookout with cake (only real sodas for drinks), and dinner party at a friend's (homemade Mexican - not a veggie in sight). I tried REALLY hard to maintain, but there weren't any good choices at the last two. And this was after my weigh in where I didn't lose any weight!

Yes, even diet soda can make your body hang on to the fat around your belly. If everything else is shrinking that is probably the culprit.
My goal is to make it 3.0 miles on the treadmill at least 3 times this week! Good luck to everyone and their goals!
