sistah deme! welcome back and congratulations on your decision to start exercising. Set a goal for how many days per week you are going to exercise and work to reach that goal. How will you be exercising? are you going to the gym, working out at home, walking the park? Whatever you decide also try not to over do it. One of the worst things you can do is start out big and end up hurting yourself.

good luck and let us know how you're doing!

It is great that you're so motivated for exercise. This will really make a great difference with your weight loss, not to mention your overall health. But one thing though, if you hate walking, then don't do it. You shouldn't feel that exercise is like a chore, or sooner or later you'll stop it. I love biking myself and burn MORE calories biking than I do walking.
