What will be the one thing you will focus on this week?

I didn't meet my goal last week to keep track of my water intake and make sure I drink 8 glasses of water.
my goals for the week
3- 30 min cardio sessions
3-30 min strength training sessions
(in other words exercise at least 3 times per week)
eat at least 1 serving of vegetables per day.
and I don't wanna talk about last week! :)
My First 10% of Body Weight
my goals for this week are to pick an actual meal plan, and to also form a structured work out plan.
last week i didn't take the stairs that much, but i did do my other goals of drinking water and not looking at the scale!
My goal this week is to keep track of my exercise. I already had 1 exercise session and I want to get in at least 2 more..
I don't want to talk about last week either
