OK I'm obviously obsessed with the 100 number LOL
I thought it would be nice to gather all the diet & exercise tips & tricks that we have in one thread. It will help us learn from each other and it can offer a good guide for new members as well.
I'll open:
1. Take small steps instead of trying to change all your life at once. This way it's less likely for you to get overwhelmed.

50. Try sucking on a piece of hard candy if you're craving something sweet. as long as you don't chew them and go back for more like I usualy do!

52. If you tend to snack in front of the TV, try knitting or another hand-occupying habit to help you avoid reaching for the goodies.
53. Or better still, jump on a treadmill/exercise bike/whatever while watching. Yes, technically, it's possible to snack while walking on a treadmill... but would you?
