Hi All,

Well the scale hasnt moved but I wore a shirt today that I havent been able to wear in 3 years

I also got outside today (58 and sunny in Iowa) and spent 3 hours trimming bushes and cleaning out my flower beds.

Hopefully that will help some!

I'll bet you felt great wearing that shirt.

Sometimes it's the inches that comeoff before the pounds and that's alright too!

Great job!!

Despite having what I thought was a bladder infection that has been raging for almost a week, took Antibiotics, they didn't work, Dr. doesn't really know what is going on? Could be Bladder Stones? I am down 2lbs.I'm not really feeling the urge to go off program, just the everlasting urge to use the bathroom, but it really frustrates me when I am doing everything right to improve my health, I feel like I am being punished somehow? I have been in agony for a week now, and would really like to be feeling better. I am so afraid I will just say the heck with this and throw in the towel, so much for trying to get my act together!

Hi today I followed my plan. Ate only 3 meals, nothing in between, walked more by parking farther from places i need to go, prayed , read inspirational items, and journaled. I am feeling so much better than when I first came back here a few months ago. I still have limited time to get on-line but I will keep coming back --THE GROUP SUPPORT HERE IS JUST WONDERFUL!! thanks to those who do have time to ask for help or answer --good questions and good answers help all of us.

Small attitudinal victory-- used my almost-expired gift certificate to a very chic hair salon, despite my embarrassment at not being a Barbie. It felt great. Motivated me to come home and clean up a storm (bye bye calories)...
