I stayed on plan yesterday, didn't freak out in the face of work and home "annoyances", and walked 9260 steps... a good start on my 10,000 step daily goal for the week. Go me!
I have been close to my 8 glasses of water a day most days....I have been drinking 6-8 glasses pure water (except yesterday). That is better than no water which is mostly what I was doing before.
Monday I stayed at 1,330 calories, so that's the first day of success towards my goal this week
Today I already ate a good breakfast and packed 2 fruits for lunch. I bet today will be good too.
