This week I'll focus on staying within a range of 1,300 calories.


Last week I was aiming at 1,200-1,500 and I managed to average at 1,500. So this week, I want to do better and stay on 1,300

To go to the gym. I was a major slacker last week!!!

Can't believe it's mid-April already!

This week I'm concentrating on staying on plan (1200-1300 calories, < 15g saturated fat, <2400 mg sodium), and walking DAILY. I'm shooting for the famous 10,000 steps a day. Losing lots of water weight right now, so the motivation is there...

my goal is to drink those 8 glasses of water. someway somehow.

my goals for the week are to do well with my new food journal, i even bought a cool looking one to inspire me! i was fighting this for awhile, so i need to be sure to be accurate with it. i also want to try 1400 calories a day, but since it is so new, i will allow myself a little trial and error to get it right. i also want to be sure to get my correct water intake every day.

My goal this week is to stay within my calorie range of 1500 to 1800. I have been being bad for the last couple of weeks, so I need to do better.

My goal for this week is to work on the low calorie diet my dr is having me try---1000-1200 calories/day.
