my goals for the week are to do well with my new food journal, i even bought a cool looking one to inspire me! i was fighting this for awhile, so i need to be sure to be accurate with it. i also want to try 1400 calories a day, but since it is so new, i will allow myself a little trial and error to get it right. i also want to be sure to get my correct water intake every day.
This week I'll focus on staying within a range of 1,300 calories.
Last week I was aiming at 1,200-1,500 and I managed to average at 1,500. So this week, I want to do better and stay on 1,300
To go to the gym. I was a major slacker last week!!!
I went this morning so I am off to a good start.
