hi, and welcome! the women here are WONDERFUL!!! i don't post a lot, but i do read it all, and the advice and encouragment has definately helped me. i've just started counting calories too, so it's very new for me. like you, i didn't realize what was actually good and bad in regards to calories. i mean, i know a candy bar isn't the best, but when i'm comparing different fruits, it's kind of interesting. anyway, good luck, and i hope all goes well for you, and be sure to ask about anything you have questions about, the women here have all kinds of great insights!
