Since I totally screwed up last week's goal.. I'm going to give it another shot this week. I was supposed to keep my calories around 1,300 and ended up at around 1,800 if not more (I stopped counting all together for the last couple of days)
So.. my goal for the week: I WILL stay at 1,300 calories this week.
My goal for the week is to go to the gym every other day. I only went 1x last week. So far, I went yesterday, so I have already matched last week. I WILL GO TOMORROW!!!!
My goal is to work my program. (3-0-1) Pray, read and write daily. I also want to upgrade my exercise (I was just parking farther) now I want to walk for exercise - 10 to 15 minutes daily. I also need to do some 'aerobic' housework -- the place needs a scrub down. (LOL) Valerie 328/313/150

Watch what I eat and try to cut my calories, eating WAYYYYY too much, no wonder I am not losing. I want to eat no more than 1800 cal this week!!
