I am finally back on track after a really dreadful week. I did go over my allowed calories yesterday (reached 1,600 instead of 1,500), but that's major success. I am mentally back on track.
I only ate a lil over 1800 calories yesterday and kept my fat, carbs, and protein within the spark limits that were set for me. I have had a HUGE problem with my calories...I usually eat an average of 2500 but I am determined to eat no more than 1800 for at least 2 weeks, and then if I am not starving dropping to the high recommend of 1600 from spark. They recommend between 1280 and 1630 but I just haven't been able to do that most days, the lowest I have been in the last 2 weeks was 1586 so......I am working on that now that I seem to have the water down pat. FINALLY I seem to have the water down pat...LOL I guess that is 2 victories.
Hi- worked my program this week 3-0-1 (3 meals 0 snacks 1 day at a time) prayed daily. This week I weighed and lost 2 pounds for a total of 8 since starting. I plan to work on more nutrition in my meals this week. Also need to do more reading and writing that is my goal this week.
Everybody here at the office ordered out for lunch today. I walked for 10 minutes to buy a bottle of water and ate the lunch I packed. And it tasted great!
