How often do you weigh yourself?

Hi,
I am an 'other' I weigh in every other week. I am in OA and was weighing obsessively before (sometimes 3 or more times a day) to release control of my weight to my higher power I am doing the bi-monthly weighin. Many people only weigh in monthly however I do need to lose 100+ so I need the guide to adjust my food intake. (Yes there are days when I wanted to rip my eyes out cause I just 'needed' to know the number. I find that is going away and now seems to happen only close to my weighin day.)
I will tell you I am doing fine with my weight lost 8 pounds so far (4 weeks) and I lost less this last 2 weeks but I was not suprised. I feel much more at peace now and free to work my program my way (w/help of my HP)

I voted for once a week - I have this obsessive nature to do it several times a day (even when I'm not trying to lose or maintain a weight), but I'm forcing myself to not do that. It's just self-destructive for me to constantly get on the scale every time I go to the bathroom.
I've made my husband hide the thing and he knows to only get it out once a week. :)

Pretty much every day for me, for a few reasons:
I'm really just re-starting and like the reinforcement (love that water weight); daily weighing reminds me that one french-fry lapse is not catastrophic; and to prevent that weekly weigh-in on the day that I'm bloated or whatever from pushing me into a funk.
Some days, I just forget... especially if I'm off routine for some reason. (Get up, bathroom, pills, strip and weigh in!)
