Not something I normally do - unless you count a big glass of Coke as breakfast...lol.

Today though I actually ate food, and I'm stuffed. 2 hard-boiled eggs, a piece of toast with a bit of jelly (less than a tablespoon, but it covered the bread and gave it moisture and flavor) and a banana with a glass of water.

I planned out my food for the rest of the day as well. The trick now is to stick to that plan or something close to it. :)

I have my workout clothes all ready to go for when DH gets home too. It's been a while since I've been in the gym, but I'm sure that it will feel good to get back.

WTG, as silly as it seems, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It gets your metabolism going. I never used to eat breakfast either. It is part of the thing that if you do not eat enough food, you will gain weight. Many of us think (at least I used to) that not eating will help to lose weight. WRONG!!!!

Have fun at the gym, I struggle a lot to go (tired, don't feel like it) but once I get into a groove I feel so much better!!

Again, WTG on breakfast!!!

Good for you, does it count as bfast if you sleep to 1100 then get up to eat?? LMAO the last couple days I have just had the hardest time getting out of bed. I roll out throw on some clothes take the kids to school and come back and go right back to bed.

Great! I'm such a non-breakfast eater, myself, but for the past couple of weeks have been pretty good about it... I swear I notice a difference. More energy, and I stick to plan with less angst!

Congratulations!
