Hello all well this is my 3rd time back here and I feel
this time is the real deal.I had my son Hayden on April 3rd
and started back on my diet April 6th then started my walking
on April 10th. My prepregnantcy weight and my weight when I weighed
in after baby was 255 I am at 235 right now.I found myself likeing
already made south beach foods and healthy choices and other frozen
healthy ready meals.When I feel like cooking I bake me a piece of
chicken breast and some green beans(not a big veggie fan).I am trying
to keep my calorie intake to 1000 and I am eating 3 small meals and
lowfat/fatfree snacks such as fat free jello pop cycles lowfat pudding
carb smart makes ice cream sandwhiches(yummy)and fat free whipped topping
has barely anything in it and it makes the jello,pudding,fruits taste 10x's
better.I also boil me some eggs a head of time for snacks and great for
protien. I am still trying to find new ways to make healthy foods and
new recipies so I dont get bored with my diet because thats when I fail
when I get sick of eating the same foods everyday.
So any people out there in the same boat as me I would love to here from
ya and also any1 with any lowfat/fatfree recipies to?
