my goals are to drink at least 64 oz of water daily and exercise at least 3 times this week by either going to the gym or walking my dog around the park.
so that's me ladies.. what are your goals for the week?


My goal is to stay as close to plan as I can. I am already over today counting what I am having for supper so....Tommorrow I need to focus a little more and stay away from the hotdogs. Geez I don't know why I started craving them all of a sudden. Continue to go to the gym and not to get sick. AND drink my water, which I have been doing okay with.

To try to really listen to my body & focus on being healthy, and not on the numbers - basically try to work on the big picture of "me".
To continue to work on the exercises for my heels/plantar fasciitis, so that I can eventually get into a really good exercise groove.
