Well I overate yesterday but still not as bad as I have done in the past few weeks. I drank almost all my water, and Dh realized I am on a "diet" his words not mine. I broke out the scales and measuring cup to make sure I was journaling correctly on my amounts. I have been about accurate with eyeballing it appears. Anyways, I told him about my 4.5 lbs and of course he doesn't see it but he says he sees me everyday so he won't notice as quickly as everyone else. The only thing he did say was he had noticed I had to keep pulling my pants up...LMAO!! I guess they have gotten kinda lose after just 7.5 lb lost so I can't wait til I lose another 7.5 LOL!!! My problem this week is I am craving chocolate so I got a couple hearshey dark chocolate bars and only eat half at a time(per day) It is so rich and sweet that is all it takes to kill the craving. My downfall yesterday was the hotdogs, I have to stay away from them darn things.

Oh man those Hershey dark chocolate bars are so good! I have to stay away from them because I can't resist eating the whole thing. Good for you for moderating!! Good luck today--I'm sure it will be a better day.

You are doing great. I honestly believe the key is to not deprive yourself of anything. That way you are not craving all the time and then when you give in you over do.

Thank Ya'll, I have to be really careful at supper tonight so I won't go over my 1600 limit that spark set for me. As long as I don't exceed 1800 I will be doing great. Do you know that when I started journaling a couple weeks ago I realized that I was eating between 2500 and 3500 calories a day?? HOW WAS I NOT GAINING?? I am amazed at that so I knew if I could get myself together and cut way back on my calories and exercise it should just come flying off at first anyways. So I am trying my best to stay under 1800 but spark recommends between 1280 and 1630. Going from average of 3000 to under 1600 is a big effort but I am trying SOOOOO hard one day at a time. I had mexican for lunch (met my best friend for lunch) so lunch was a big calorie meal so I am goiing to have chicken for supper with some veggies and maybe I will be A OK!!
