Hey, I just wanted to share my personal weight loss goals and wanted to see if anyone else would like to? My first goal which I'm working on right now is to lose from 312 to 229. So far I'm down 19 lbs. My next goal will be my final one...to be down from 229 to around 160.
Well, I'm delurking in the hopes that I will feel some accountability. I have been steadily inching up over the last few years...actually most of my adult life! I ultimately want to lose about 115 lbs. Right now I weigh 280. The threat of being so close to 300 is making me want to get my but in gear. Im going to go back to WW and hopefully I'll have more success this time. My goals are in 10% increments right now, so 252 is my first goal, then 227,ect ect. Once I get in the home stretch (under 200) 165 wil be my final goal! I've heard how hard it is to lose weight after 30 and I dont want to wait and see! Im 25 now with 2 little boys. I want one more, hopefully a girl, that's why I REALLY need to get my butt in gear! I hope to get to know everyone here!
I follow WW to, the plan works if you stick to it. Setting the 10% at a time goals is very smart!!! Good luck to you.
As for the tracker, I believe you have to be subscriped to add them to a signature and make sure you are checking the box that says use HTML when in Board Settings.HTH
Hey there, glad you delurked! lol I know what you mean about getting your butt in gear! I want to have one more baby but we can't start trying until I lose alot of my weight. I had some health issues when I was in labor with DD that were weight related and I'm scared to death to go through that again. Also I really like the idea of setting your goals 10% at a time. I might give that a try!
Ok so I have been having trouble lately. I have been gaining instead of loseing. Right now I am not foscusing on the big picture just a little one. I set a goal of 255 by May 1rst. This morning I weighed myself and I am at 254! I just hope I can keep it down until the first. LOL

My first goal is to be patient and not get cynical. I started at 240 15 days ago and am now at 226. I am trying to not get too excited.... I have a feeling I just lost a lot of water weight and don't want to be too disappointed when things slow down. I haven't lost anything else in the last three days so maybe things are slowing.... My next goal is to get below the 200 mark...... my ultimate goal is around 135. I know this will take a while which is why I pray for patience. I am having the hardest time being motivated with excercise. It's killing me ~sigh~

My starting weight was 223.8 and I'm now at 194.4...down 29.4 lbs!
