Hello everyone....some of you may remember me and my word yes I am back to try this again.

I had lost 140 pounds and 90 inches offmy body many years ago but since then have gained alotttttt back, wont say how much cause I will get upset and cry .....I want to get it back off again but man it was hard before, got easier int ime but to start it was a hard thing and I just cant seem to get it going again and I have to for my health and my self esteem and self worth...so if any of you have some great recipes, tips, advice just anything please feel free to tell me, I will apply them with my plan that I started again today....I am in the music business so looking good is important and how you feel about yourself is important due to I having to go up to artists, managers etc backstage and introduce myself and when you dont like yourslef, it is hard.

Thanks for letting me vent

Thanks Lori---I didnt see your menu anywhere unless I am blind LOL

That is what I orignally lost the weight on a 1200 calorie plan but at first since I had alot to lose they increased the 1200 plan to higher but then as I lost I wasnt as hungry so I went to the actual plan of 1200.
