Any1 try the Low Calorie diet?

I have been doing the Low calorie diet and I reccomend it to
anyone who needs to lose 100 lbs or more.I have been eating
around 800-900 calories a day and this includes my healthy
turkey sandwhich w/mustard a healthy choice or southbeach
frozen dinner an apple or bannanah and 2 low calorie fatfree
snacks nd its working great and it's good for motivation I lost
24 lbs so far since april 7th and the plan says this is for
the morbid obese(which I am) to lose 50 lbs in 12 weeks with
800-1075 calories a day and exersice (which I walk 2 miles a day
and do 25 situps)but it motivates ya to see the weight melt away
and 50 lbs lighter helps some of your health problems go away and
get more energy to do more exercise it does note do only for 12 weeks.
So if any1 has tried this I would love to hear your story good or bad!

Hello thanks for the all the luck, and no you didn't offend me in anyway
this diet is new to me and I want all the information and opioins I can
get.I am still researching while doing this diet but as for now I am
happy with it and the results.Good luck on your weightloss success : + )
