My goal this week is to eat as clean as possible because we are going away Thursday night until Tuesday. Traveling to Alabama to my brothers for my nephews Communion on Sunday. There are a few parties we will be attending and I do not know how healthy the food choices will be.
So I need to do be as good as possible before just in case!!!
My goals for this week are : keep my calories under 2000 considering ive been averaging 3-4000 a day,, (yikes).Get more active and I have to start packing for my move.
