What are your goal(s) for the week?
I am focusing on getting back on plan. Journaling every bite and staying within my calorie range. This shouldn't be so difficult. Fingers crossed

2 lbs a week is really a high goal in my opinion. Most weight loss professionals will say that a pound (if that) a week is healthy. So don't beat yourself up if you don't get 2 pounds each week.

I hope the weather is going to be nice.
It has been almost 8 years since I was there.
My goals for the week:
Get back on track---1200-1300 calories and 10,000 steps a day. New thing---32 oz. water a day (baby step, but it's better than I've been doing!)

Get back on track after my move and stay away from the junk food in this house.
I also need to find a job, set up an exercise routine, finsih unpacking, ect. sigh I really don't want to.
240/223/140 (last time I checked, I need to find my scale)
