I do not think there is anything out there now that works that isn't bad for you Ephedra for example.
I did take phen/fen about 12 years ago when it was legal and it was a great appetite suppressant and I was very successful. Then peple started to die so I stopped (although I had NO problems whatsoever).
I agree that diet and exercise is key in long lasting weight loss. However, I think if you want to take something that is absent of harmful things like ephedra or caffeine, that it could be helpful to your diet and exercise routine. I take the Hoodia supplement. Be aware of your labels though. I found at least 2 that were packed with caffeine before I found the one I'm taking. It has nothing but 500 mg of hoodia, cocoa extract, and green tea extract. It was like $13 at Wal-Mart. I bought it thinking that I would try it for a week and find out that it was useless. To my surprise it really does make me feel like I'm overly full before I even make it half way through my meal. Its really helped me stick to my 6 mini-meals a day. Now remember I

Hoodia, I have heard good things, you are the 1st person other then in an advertisement I have heard from tho.
I am glad it is working for you. I have been tempted because it is like the only natural thing out there. I too do the small meals a day. I do 5.
Keep up the great work.
