I have a pair of capris that are my favorite. I got rid of the rest because I didn't like them and wouldn't wear them anyway. And I don't fit in any of my shorts from last summer anymore.
Hi my name is Karen,
I'm Laura (33) and currently a SAHM, but plan to return to teaching next fall. I live in La Maddalena, Italy. My family and I will be moving to Virginia Beach in July. I started my journey on Dec. 14 at 267 lbs. I've been counting calories and exercising religiously ever since. I'm down 45.5 lbs. to 221.5 as of today and feel fabulous!
I'm having to buy all new clothes for summer - and I'm happy with that. I just got an Old Navy order in and have to return the size 20 shorts because they are too big! So far, I don't have a favorite.

We have 3 sons..17...14...11...
My NEW way of life started almost 11 weeks ago...
I started out at 260...
I am now 222/223 it floats...
I have an adv. weight loss of 3.36 lbs each week..
I am sure the next 11 weeks will be slower..
I exercise at least 4 days a week..
I want to do more but its baseball time for my 11 year old..
I have added some floor exercise to my routine lately.
I am just counting calories and exercise..
For the most part I eat around 1000 a day..
Some days more just depends..
Right now my fav meal is an Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki from subway..

Hello ladies,
I'm ANN a 35 year old SAHM of two boys. I am 5'7" and started out at 317, I am now at 305 and hope to get down to 190 sometime next year.
I count calories through another website that tallies them up for you, I try to stay around 1400 for now, then I try to do some form of exercise daily (often not conventional exercise, like some days it is push mowing our lawn or something that is also productive). I do my best to drink 8 glasses of water daily and try to never eat after 7PM.
I was put on high blood pressure meds 2 weeks ago and I wasn't very happy about it, I hope that once I get healthier I can ditch the meds!
It is nice to see so many new people on the board! Welcome everyone!!
As far as summer clothes, I live in TX so we have NO winter to speak of, so my summer clothes are ready year round. My favorite outfit would be my newest denim capris (they are getting big, Yay)and a red & white gingham camp shirt with my white sandals. Of course I have to be matchy-matchy and have my jewelry and hair accesories match too. LOL.
