Trying to plan my meals

For those of you who eat 5 or 6 mini-meals during the day, can I ask what your menus are like? I'm trying to figure out the best way to do this so that I don't get bored with my food.....
Thanks!
Allie

Mine sometimes feels more like non-stop grazing than mini-meals, but here goes:
SlimFast shake when I wake up (about 6 or 7) with 2 c fruit (usually berries) either then or later at work (10-ish).
Healthy Choice or Lean Cuisine meal and a salad (just lettuce or cucumber typically)for lunch... maybe a sandwich instead, or something calorically equivalent, at about noon or 1.
Cheese stick (1 oz),raw veggies, maybe a few crackers or a fudgesicle about 3 or 4pm.
The tricky one- I get home around 7. Do I snack or hold off until Cal gets home? Or cook and eat mine now? If I snack, it's usually my dessert--- berries or sugar-free jello with ff cool whip. If I hold off, dessert is about 11.
Dinner is often meat/fish/chicken/omelet with steamed vegetables, and a potato or couscous or something, depending on how my numbers have stacked up for the day (at 8:30 or 9, late to be eating, I know, but such is life).
I also just bought an issue of Cooking Light magazine, and am hoping to really expand my horizons!

This is what I do.
Breakfast - Bowl of cereal(I buy the big combo pack at BJ's that has 30 of the individual boxes in ti-so I have a different kind each day) with 1/2 cup fat free milk
10 am - I usually have a kudos bar
1 pm Lean Cuisine or Smart ones lunch
4 pm - sugar free apple sauce
7ish Healthy dinner(changes daily)
I follow WW and this keeps me satisfies and within my points.

10AM: 1 cinnamon waffle, 1/2 c. tropical fruit salad
12PM: low fat turkey sandwich (turkey, cheese, pickle, tomato, miracle whip light)
