Hello PJ and welcome, this is a great place to read and check
out different diets people are doing and exersices and recipies to!
I was a couch potatoe to (a month ago) and thanks to getting a dog
he makes me basically walk everyday!
Thats my stradgey I hate exersicing in front of a mirror or a gym
full of fit people so walking the dog is great exersice and I dont
feel embarrased and I am actually losing weight to!
I have a boxer so hes full of energy and wears me out lol!
Anyway good luck to ya and I hope you find what you need here.

Welcome PJ. I think we are all here trying to overcome the couch potato lurking within. :)
Good luck. I myself have a VERY large amount of weight to lose (about 215 pounds). But, I read something a while back from the last time I was active on this board. If I can just lose 10 pounds and do that ten times, I'll be halfway there before I know what happened. So here I am, trying to shed the weight again. Lets get movin', shall we?
