Your goals for the week of 5/8

I am getting on a strict 1,200 calories diet. I already did great yesterday and I'm doing OK till now. Last week my goal was to get back on track. I averaged around 1,600 which was a big improvement from the 2000+ calories I used to do. So I'm hoping I can meet this week's goal as well.

What about you? What are your goal(s) for the week?

I'm going to drink atleast 64 oz. of water a day.

I'm going to stick to my calorie intake on my Myfooddiary.com plan.

I can't use my gym stuff (treadmill , eliptical etc. ) it's all packed up to move in 6 days , but I will do my WATP videos. Plus I thing the packing , moving boxes , cleaning and moving constantly will help to.

Stay Below 1600 calories, drink 64 oz water, and get in my exercise. I started over and went back to the fast break on Spark and I am determined to stick to it this time. SO far so good. Good luck everyone

That's what I did too. Last week I went back to the fast break and this week I re-started stage 2. So far so good

My goal this week is to just be aware. I don't know how much I will lose with that but I want to take a hard look at myself and what and when and why I am eating.
It's not always easy and there are things that should be slapped out of my hand but I am getting there.

That is a good way to start Christine. May be a serious eyeopener but a good way to start nonetheless.

Mine is to continue sticking with my low calorie
diet and maybe adding more walking to my schedule!

This is a great goal. Journaling is always a big eye opener and sometimes you stop eating things because you don't really want it written down. Good luck!
