Lately a lot of us have been off track including me. I know that we CAN do it and we are ABLE to do it. But we just need to push ourselves a little further.
I'd say for all of you who are struggling like me, let's stick to it this week. Just for the week, stick to your goals and press for results. We can do it!!
I am planning on staying on a 1,200 calorie diet. I know I can do it. I only need to do it for this week. Then I will see about next week.
The thing is, I didn't realise I was messing up that much. But I had an eye opener yesterday from a post by Jass. I read it and I just couldn't get it off my mind.. this is me.. that's what I'm doing.. and I didn't even realise it. Thanks Jass! That's what she wrote: >>>I convinced myself that I only had 1 soda when I actually had 2, and I began "treating" myself almost every day because "once and awhile wouldn't hurt". Or I didn't need to workout today because I had a long hard day at work and that burned off plenty of calories<<< Ok now I say to myself:

I'm with you Mary. I have been slacking off lately myself.
This week will be different.
I am going to go to the gym.
I am going to stick within my points(I follow WW)
I am going to drink A LOT of water.
I am getting BACK ON TRACK!!!
(Great post Mary)

I am so with you. Yesterday I did it, and though I though I had blown it at bfast this morn I didn't, and I can still stay below 1600 cal if I try. I have only had 1 soda yesterday and 1 today, and water has went down the hatch without problems I even drank 80 oz yesterday instead of 64. So I am with you, and I agree that we can and will do this.

I'm in.
I just checked the reports on fitday for the month and my average calories for the month was over my goal.
I was horrible Sunday and Monday, but I did really well today, I drank all my water and stayed within my calorie range 1500-1800. Now I am going to exercise for at least 4 days this week, and stay within my calorie range. So from now on I am going to be good and stop giving in to the munchies!

I'm glad I'm not alone :)
Angela, congratulations for staying on track!
I did great yesterday. I managed 1,255 calories and it wasn't hard at all. I am so happy and proud with myself. I did have a chance to get on the stationary bike yesterday, but I vegged out. That I'm not so happy about and I was feeling super guilty today so I went for a 20 minutes walk. Not the greatest thing, but it's an improvement. I am going to have daily walks on weekdays.
I messed up with the bike thing. I wasn't giving it the best I have and I should
