My personal goal for today....

Today, I am going to drink at least 3 liters of water. I don't like water, don't like to drink water, and have normally been drinking only about 1 1/2 liters a day. Today, however, all that changes and I WILL drink at least 3 liters. So far, I've already had 1/2 liter and have started on my 2nd bottle. Wish me luck, everyone!

that sounds like a doable idea, right now I have set to do cardio 3 x a week and if I make it to the gym I also do lower body strength training on those 3 days. I am not so much as worried bout the strength as I am the cardio cuz the real reason behind cardio for me is to build my lungs more than weight loss but hey it helps both. LOL Try that and see if it will help cuz it sounds like for now you are working out too much. Which that gain could just be muscle which helps you burn more calories in the long run so there is somthing to think of as well. Good luck in figuring it all out.
