In the last 2 weeks. I did not weigh myself last weekend,


But with being away and not going to the gym, I am up 3 pounds in two weeks.


That being said, I am back on track... I am going to the gym this morinng, and no more eating like crazy.


Problem is I have NOT been journaling my food (I follow WW) so I have been eating way too much!!!


Hey it happens right? Imortant thing is I know what I was doing wrong and it is time to FIX it.

Good luck getting back on track don't pull me on it and get off track for a very long time.

PS at least it was only 3 lb in 2 weeks and not more. Be happy of that.

I am back on track, but did NOT get to the gym. I realized I had way too much laundry to do on Saturday, had to work Sat night ands all day yesterday so I had to get it all done.
