Well I did not get to exercise this weekend.. I did go out Sat. night.. I had grilled chicken ( wanted the BBQ pork).. So I think I did pretty good that night. We grilled steak last night. I did eat one but I saved calories yesterday. So I think I only took in about 1200 all day. I think I did so so for the mothers day weekend.
We ate out fridaynight at the steak house!I also had pizza sundaynight, Saturday was the only day I did good! So overall I had my 1st bad weekend. But I am back on track and feeling better this Monday. My 2 shows are on tonight Deal or no Deal and my FAVE 24!!!!!!!!!!!Niapage
weekend went pretty good. had a birthday party on saturday, but i limited myself to 1 BBQ, 1 scoop (about a 1/2 cup)of baked beans and 1 scoop of cowboy potatoes. and i didn't have any cake.
i worked on mothers day (11am-7pm) so i did really well as far as eating went, til i got home..
DH made me a "veni-burger" (venison & pork) w/ cheese and fried morale mushrooms.. YUM... but i said no to dessert (ice-cream)..
Not really!! I did bad yesterday and not great Sat either, and I ahve been trying to walk at least 10 min but since I hurt my back againi last week it hurts after about 10 min to bad to continue then I have to lie down about 30 to counteract the pain.
Saturday I ate a little over 2000 cal. but I went to a flea market with my inlaws for 4 to 5 hours giving my 4 yr old neice a piggyback ride for a little while, then we went power shopping (My BIL walks really fast when shopping) So overall I think I did okay.
Sunday I gave myself another free day, and after I counted everything today(I count even when I have a free day) I still stayed below my limit, even after the ice cream cake. I am suprised.
I stayed very much on track this weekend.
As for mother's day, I worked 8am till 9pm, and I have to work 2 jobs today, so I will be taking mom out either Tuesday or Wednesday night.
