Over here it's the perfect weather for barbecue and I really want to get my BBQ out (in the balcony LOL.. I live in a vertical city)

I was wondering how you usually barbecue? Meats you use, marinades, etc

I think just about everything tastes better on the BBQ.

Michael is the expert in our house. He does the marinade and cooking. We use old fashioned charcoal, so we have to wait for the coal to get hot. So it is not as easy to do all the time. If we had the gas kind we could fire it up anytime, but since he cooks, I let it be his choice.

Oh god yes, I have rarely used my stove in the last few weeks...LOL It is pretty much bbq weather here year round, but since it has gotten even warmer I am out there almost every night. Gets me into trouble sometimes though cuz when I grill I tend to overeat..LOL
I love to grill my chicken, it makes it easier for me to eat it on a regular basis, tried grilling fish but it didn't turn out right, I love grilled hot dogs, hamburgers, and steaks but trying to stay away from them. The main 2 meats I am grilling right now is chicken and pork chops. If I buy hamburger it is the lean kind and I am usually making a quick supper with it on the stove. I use Dale's or just some seasoning salt and garlic salt. and of course BBQ Sauce, I gotta have my BBQ sauce.

I love to BBQ ANY MEAT. But most of all, steak and shrimp. Put a kebab skewer through a few shrimp and add a little salt, pepper and garlic on top & YUMMERS

I also like to BBQ veggies. Put them in foil, wrap the foil around them & seal, poke a few holes in the top and its like they are steamed. (Stores also carry BBQ veggie holders so you don't have the foil mess. Also corn on the cob. YUMMERS

Ok...I am going to have to BBQ now.

I BBQ chicken and pork chops I try to stay away from
red meats steak burgers ect!
But Krogers Bbq sauce isnt that bad 35 calories 2 tbs and 0.5
fat and 9 or 11 carbs if ya really watching your sauces There
is a Bbq seasoning you simply sprinkle and taste great and really
not much of anything to count.Ok I got off my lazy butt and went to
look its madxe by KC MASTERPIECE and it says 0 for calories fat carbs ect!
Grill mates makes a roasted garlic and herb thats so yummy and whats
good you can use these on chicken or pork!
