Hello and welcome!

To answer your question, it all really depends on your current weight and current activity level. Fitday.com can help you calculate all of that, I think, and I am sure there are other sites out there, too.

Best of luck to you!

in the search line on ivillage type health calculator, and it will figure it out too.
Also and I really like this site you can go to http://www.dietitian.com/ibw/ibw.html
or http://www.caloriecontrol.org/calcalcs.html

I try to figure it on several and take the lowest number to maintain SO I know if I have a bad day that is the number not to go over.

HOpe this helps

I highly recommend sparkpeople.com. You just input how many calories a day you think you are burning, or how active you are etc, and it tells you a range for calories, carbs, fat, and protein. You can also choose to keep track of other things calcium, fiber, etc. There are also resident nutritionists there to help you and support you and answer questions. Good luck! I hope you can figure out what is going to work for you!

I was going to suggest fitday, sparkpeople, and ivillage, but I guess everybody else beat me to it. I also use caloriesburned.com
