Well I am slowly but steadily going down on the calorie chain....LOL every day is a little lower than the one before so I may actually get back on track by Monday. This week has been hectic too what with awards ceremonies and parties and the end of school......I will be SO glad when Monday is over..LOL then again I will be pulling my hair out and wondering what I was thinking when I agreed to babysit other kids besides my own. Seriously though I love kids and it can be interesting to say the least.

I am scared to weigh in Monday, I am scared the scale will be up but not from TRUE weight gain but from retention. My body is giving me H--- right now. That can't be good so...I will just have to deal with it. I may just wait til the next monday and be really good next week then take my weight and measurements and PRAY one of them shows a good change. My jeans were soooo freaking tight tonight when I put them on, course it has been a while since I last wore them. I am squeezing into a size 18 right now and REFUSE to go up a size cuz i am determined to get back into them comfortably. I normally wear jogging pants or leggings so it is no big deal. SO I guess I need to say my first mini goal is to fit into those 18's comfortably, next is the 25 lbs lost mark, then I will go for the 200 big goal.

Oh I am so excited about Monday for a reason other than school finally getting out, My best friend is having her baby monday. She goes in for a c-section that morn, and I can't wait to see the baby....awww how sweet. Okay so I have rambled enough now. Tommorrow I will be even lower on the calorie chain then sat and sun, and by monday i will definitely be back under 1800 and hopefully 1600 calories. The calorie figuring calculator I used to see how many calories I need to eat says that I can eat 1700-2000 calories and lose 2 lb/wk, oh if only that is true...LOL and that is with VERY LITTLE ACTIVITY (http://www.dietitian.com/ibw/ibw.html <<<<---this is the website I am talking about)

Slow and steady is also working for me right now.. I had a really bad week but slowly I'm lowering my calories. It's really sad that this is the umpteenth time that I do this, but as long as I'm trying maybe I'll get it eventually.


Sooooo.. it's Monday.. last day of school (YAAAAAY)... did you get down to where you want? Did you get to see the baby yet?
