I am kicking butt this weekend

I have ate good all week and weekend despite my hubby's
eating drive thrus every other night, I got to the point
where when he brings home bad foods I just go for a walk or
hop on here (outta sight outta mind is my moto).I walked
my 3-4 miles this weekend along with nightime sittups.
I really feel I can do this once and for all.
Tomorrow is my daughters B-day party we are having like
cold sandwhiches chips cake cupcakes ice cream ect!
I can actually eat the sandwhiches using my healthy bread
and cheese and take me a slimfast treat or South beach treat
for when they eat cake and ice cream.I am planning ahead,
and my mother in law makes the best B-Day cakes on earth
But I refuse to eat any lol!

Good for you! I think I did well today, too. My dad made fried burritos tonight and I didn't eat a one. I had boneless, skinless chicken for dinner and while hubby and Dad were eating Key Lime Pie for dessert, I ate sugar-free,fat-free butterscotch pudding.(extremely yummy by the way). Only 1 point per 1/2 cup serving on the Weight Watchers points system. And I drank all my water and then some today. And I ended the day under my points limit. Yay! The weekend is losing its power over me, I think. (I hope.) Good luck this week everyone!

That's some strong determination!! Way to go with the walking and refusing junk food. And that sounds like a great plan with the b-day cake.. that I can NEVER do
