Finally got the computer back up online--for now. Had to send it to the computer hospital (repair shop)for a couple of days. But it works now. Until of course I hit a button I'm not supposed to (I'm famous in my house for doing just that). Anyhow, I weighed on Tuesday for my second weigh-in at Weight Watchers. I lost a whopping 1.4 pounds. Big whoop. :( Oh well. At least I hadn't gained anything, and this week I should do much better. I have stayed within my points more regularly this week than I did last week, and I have begun to get out more. Just yesterday, my hubby and I went on a nature walk, and then a VERY short bike ride. We're talking around the block kind of short. I hadn't been on a bike in about 7 years, so I am trying to go slow. Plus, after 1 block, my legs were tired. Pathetic, I know, but its a start anyway. Hoping to do even better in the coming weeks. Good luck everyone!

WELCOME BACK!!! And congratulations on the 1.4 lbs lost and for getting on that bike. I LOVE biking and I wish I can go out and cycle (don't have a bike and it's not safe where I live (high-speed street nearby)). I am using the stationary bike for now, but it's just not the same.

I bet you'll be able to take much longer rides in no time.
