I want to start counting my calories. And maybe a journal. And work on a better menu. And then the usual drink 160oz water, exercise, no smoking, watch portions and eat heathy.
Lat week my goal was to get back on track and get to the gym.
I succeeded half. I am back on track with my eating, lost last week(the 3 I gained beofre + another 1)
But I have not been back to the gym. As I am sure you all know, I am now working 3 jobs to make $$ for the move, and I just cannot get to the gym. I am way too tired!!!
I am going to try this week, since I do not have to work at night until Thursday.
Last week was terrible so I didn't meet any of my optimstic goals. I'll downsize them a bit for this week so that I can really be proud of myself and achieve them.
Stay at 1,200 calories and under no circumstances get over 1,500
Walk every weekday (I already skipped yesterday, but I have 4 days left)
I have a few my 1st 1 is to keep up the eating 1000 calories and walking 4 miles a day.My other very important goal is this Friday is treat myself day (every other friday) and I am taking my daughter out to eat and I don't wanna go overboard with the food and I still need to walk the 4 miles that night also and not get too lazy and selfish with the food that day. I'm almost embarrassed to say but my goal this week is to simply make the pint of BEN and Jerry's in my freezer last at least all week - hopefully 2 weeks! Gracie
I'm going back to calorie-counting (1200-1300 daily)for what's left of the week, and really trying to watch my sodium intake, which has been ridiculous lately. Good luck to all...

stay under 1800 calories, continue to drink water, and try to get in some exercise despite the odds against me LOL
