Hello ivillagers! Well I did great, we had our little girls
b-day party down at this hige park I ate before I went and
took my healthy treats to take the edge off every1 eating cake
and needless to say it worked! I felt great to I actually hopped
on my little sisters(shes 14 I am 32 lol) pogo stick and I can still
do it.
I kept myself busy the whole time playing chatting and I even talked my
aunt and sister in law in to walking the floodwall afterwards(3 miles).
I can't belive the energy I have and I am very shy and I actually was
doing the talking 1st and carrying the conversations.
Anyway my weekend went great I exercised and ate healthy and I am
so looking forward to this Friday I get to have my cheat meal and
since my daughters b-day is actually today I told her I would take
her out to eat her choice! ( GOSH I HOPE SHE DOENT SAY CHUCKEECHEESE)
Goodluck every1 on this week NIAPAGE

LOL good for you nia. I can't turn down sweets when everyone else is eating them most of the time. Sometimes I just don't want it. I am not a big sweet eater anymore anyhow, got broke from it with ds. Sweets made me sick and they thought I was going to end up with Gest diabetes but i didn't thank god. I craved healthy food with him...LOL that is like unheard of for me.
I am glad you had a good time at the pary.

Great job at sticking to your plan and not eating that cake! And way to go with the exercise.
I think it's great that you are gaining a lot of self esteem & confidence while travelling through this journey. Congrats!
