I agree that satisfying it is probably best, but I fight it first. If after an hour I STILL want it, then I have it. Like, if I want pizza(like last friday) and Ive been thinking about it all day, I'll have it. But if I see a pizza hut commercial and I want pizza, I'll wait about an hour, if the craving has passed then Yay Me!
