Yippee! I went for TWO bike rides today. My first bike ride in years I took on Saturday and only went around 1 block. The next time I went 2 blocks. Today on my first ride I went for almost a mile! It wasn't too bad until I was heading back home and riding into the wind. Yikes! By the time I got home I was breathing REALLY heavy and sweating. And it was only 56 degrees outside today. The second ride I only went around 1 block again because my legs were still sore from the first one, but I did ride. In a way, I feel like kind of a wuss because just under a mile had me panting, but I am actually quite proud that I am sticking with this. And I stayed under my daily points range today. And drank all my water. (glug, glug) OK, I'm done bragging for tonight. :) :)
'Til next time!

Wow!
