I just had a look at the site and there are no abstracts from the book or anything that can tell you what it is about. I got that it's not a fad diet and it's about portion control more than anything. But I can't get the approach.. they're not giving us enough LOL
The basic idea is that you sit down to every meal with three 8oz. glasses of water. You drink one before you start your meal. You drink the next in the middle of your meal. Then you drink the last when you're done eating. I've ordered the book. I should have it by tomorrow. I'm pretty excited about this one. Its pretty much a thinkless process. I'm already putting more veggies and fruits into my diet and starting to exercise again.
