I can do it this week!!
My goals this week are:
1. Drink at least 64 ounces of water every day.
2. Go to the track and walk for 45 minutes everyday.

starting over.. again
1. drink at least 64 oz of water daily
2. go to the gym 3 times this week
3. on days I don't go to the gym do some sort of exercise for at least 30 minutes

My goals this week:
Well lose at least 2 lbs, Drink my water everyday, not just every other day, And try to get in some exercise. Since I have been hurting I have done ANY and I need to snap outta it and work through this. The pain ain't gonna go away until the weight does IF it does then. (should at least help though). Stay on track NO MATTER WHAT(under 2200 calories, preferably under 1600)!!!
