Hello again Ladies
I am well on my way to earning the award for the most times starting over! I know what you'll say.. it doesn't matter how many times you startover .. what matters is that you are taking control of your life and making a comitment to being healthy and happy. and ya know what?
you're right! smart ladies you are indeed!
went to my DR. for my yearly physical. Everything was good. I hadn't gained anything since my last physical.. hadn't lost either. she put me on a 1200 cal diet.. SO I'm going to try it. I'm also getting my butt in gear and heading back to the gym... again I'm eliminating soda.. again.. I'm cutting out fast food.. again.. I'm even going to try my hand at journaling this time... I'm a lousy journaler.. I ramble.. much like these posts!
so this morning I got the tape measurer out, and stepped on the scale (AF started today Btw) I've started a new chart to track my progress and I'm hoping to make some serious headway this time.
thanks for listenin .. as always :)

Jess,
I am new to the board but Congrats on taking control of your life again. I have started a million times too and always hope that this is THE ONE.
Good luck to you!
Hey I thought I had that award LOL
It's great that you didn't gain, this is success on its own. Now you don't have more pounds to worry about.
What's wrong with rambling in the journal? I find this a great tool to get things out of my system. I have a notebook with me at all times and I write all kinds of stuff.. including to do lists, phone numbers, things I need to remember, plans, recipes, in addition to the usual food and exercise log. I LOVE my notebook.
Good luck with the 1,200 calorie diet. That's what I'm trying to do (since I started 2 days ago I can't get below 1,500, but I have a feeling that today's the day)
