I just wanted to wish everyone a good morning and say good luck to you all today. Like Mary I had a rough start to the week. Darn craving got the best of me and I caved and got it out of the way so now I can be A OK for the rest of the week I hope. I have to catch up on posting my journal considering I haven't posted it in a couple days but please don't hate me for the numbers it will say.......LOL
I bought this nifty little book at the grocery store yesterday about weight loss. It has the calories for a lot of stuff in there and it has a chart for men and women to know what their caloric intake should be. It is very close to everything I have read on the computer so despite my cave in last night I obviously didn't go very over what it would take to maintain IF I went over at all. I am getting 3000-3500 just to maintain my weight. Yea, no wonder I haven't gained any more weight..LOL I can't even eat over 3500 calories in a day.
Anyways good luck to all of you for staying on track today.........

I'm starting my week off okay =) I'm going to start a fast burn program on the 1st.. my nutritionist put me on it, so I'm way excited about that! Hopefully, I'll be able to post some great results on the 14th!
And good morning/evening to you! Hope your day went well... and you managed to stay under 3500 calories . Stay strong, you can do it!

(BTW, I'm on Day 3 of recommitment myself, and whew! the cravings are really starting to kick in tonight. But it's "mouth-hunger", not "stomach-hunger", so I'm trying to ignore the devilish little voices...)
Actually I stayed WELL under 3500 calories, I stayed between 1800-1900 so today I am shooting for between 1600-1800!!! (may 31)
