Good morning ladies..


Today is day 4 for me. I have 1 month and 1 week to get some major results.


Recap on my goals: I am still going strong. I am not able to get down to the 1,200 calories yet, but was at 1,300 yesterday so I'm getting there.. eventually LOL..


And can you believe it? I am still walking.. GO ME!!


I wish you all a good day.. stay strong.. I see that almost all of us are recommitting this week..

lol way to go Mary!

1200 calories is A LOT harder than I thought it was going to be so 1300 seems pretty darned commendable to me!

YOu are doing Fanatastic!!! I am shooting for below 1800 today myself. I have been struggling with my calorie goals as well so I completely understand. For me getting below 1600 on my active days are next to impossible. It is like the more I do the hungrier I am.
Taking the kids into the wading pool (It is only 3' deep) to splash around after lunch so maybe playing with them will help with exercise today. Here is to hoping we both see a drop this next weighin!!

Hanging my head blushing cuz I am right there with you Mary. I too went over but mine was intentional. Shamed now.......I made cookies kknowing I would eat them, but I wanted them so bad I could taste them..HELLO should have looked at the nutritional info in the store, I would have put them back and got something else. I had 3 of those suckers at 120 a piece. And I didn't have a good day of exercise. This here I will go to the gym in the evening when dh gets home, hasn't worked so far, cuz he comes home it is supper time then I just want to spend time with my family. I got to start doing something else. Maybe dh will go walk with me at least 2 days a week and then i can go to the gym on Mondays (my day off from babysitting) Will have to talk to him about that.

Up so early dh woke me before he went back to work, and it was good cuz my bladder was about to burst anyways, and I just couldn't go back to sleep. Babysitting charges will be here in an hour anyways so only up 2 hours earlier than I had to be...LOL DS just woke so I let him go wake the girls. LOL. Told them I was being nice I could send the puppy in there to wake them, wouldn't be as pleasant as Ds's hugs and kisse!! LOL

Yes we have beeing dong pretty could I just can seem to stay below 2000 calories, but if I can really eat 3000 and maintain like all the calculators say then I am still doing okay. I really wanted to have lost enough to get a reaction by ds's bday the 25th but unless I get my butt in gear that won't happen. Want to kick my butt into gear for me?? LMAO

Okay I am going to be a good bad girl and get up off my butt now to go and cook myself some bfast. I hate to cook in the morn and I really don't care for bfast but I have a craving for sausage and eggs. Hey I left out the taters LOL. I love a big country bfast with bacon, sausage, eggs, toast and potatoes (all fried of course) but I am being good, I am cooking with olive oil spray and I am leaving out my fave part, the taters. See ya in a bit.
