You are preaching to the choir, lol. I live 6 hours away from my family and have been home 5 weekends in the past 2 months and it is SOOO HARD. I bring my favorite cereal (Fiber One with Honey Clusters) and so I get in a high fiber, low cal breakfast that is filling. I try to be as good as I can. The last time I was home I was off track for the 3 weeks after wards and gained 3 pounds....not bad for 3 weeks of fast food. I went right back to Weight Watchers a week ago Tuesday and lost 6 pounds this week. So, in essence, it did help jump start me again.
Good luck to you and try to pack a few favorite snacks so you can at least feel full on your healthy snacks.
Take advantage of that pool. I love to swim!! Good luck on maintaining while at your dad's. Good luck getting back on track!!
