I ruined my good calorie total last night when the craving hit and the mini oreos I hid in the van called my name. I had 3 servings of them, thought I could stop at one considering I did the other day when I bought them but this time I wanted to just eat the whole bag. I didn't, I stopped at 3 servings (but that is 130 calories/ serving for a whopping 390 calories). I am ashamed and it is time to kick my butt into gear. Oh the bright side the scale is back at Mondays value though my legs are still swollen and bothering me. I guess jumproping and stuff yesterday didn't help. AFTER I got off here I felt so bad after eating the cookies I went outside and chased ds for a bit, only a few min though before the breathing kicked in. But I was still being a little active. Then after the breathing calmed somewhat darling nephew of mine was being a smarta-- and I went after him gonna tan his hide had I caught him...LOL He thinks cuz he is almost 18 he is too old to get his hide tanned!!! SO I definitely played around with the kids, though I don't know how much exercise that can be considered. I was told by dr and trainer that didn't count in the exercise depart to lose weight cuz it would help ya. Neither would housework, but it seems to be helping me. LOL My neice and dh and I agree that she can watch the kids 2 days a week in the evening so I can go work out. Now if only I can get rid of these darned headaches so I can do just that. I start Monday!!! I will get back on track. If I think I am hungry I will go do something else, I will not eat the oreos no more. I gave them to the kids...LOL!

Today is a new day, Angela. Don't worry about last night's Oreos or they will haunt you--trust me. Just do better from this morning on. How can your Dr. say that housework and chasing kids isn't excercise?? Hasn't he ever done either one? When I am having to chase around my nieces and nephews, beleive you me--its excercise girl! And housework such as vacuuming or making the bed is DEFINITELY a workout. :-)
The next time those Oreos call your name just tell them to "get thee hence, evil ones!" :-) LOL. Have fun with your workouts, be they at the gym, or at home playing with kids or doing housework.

Hey Angela,

we all have days like that. What's important is that you pick yourself up and start all over again! which it sounds like that's what you're doing.
