First week in the new month.. can you feel the fresh start?
What will you focus on this week? Also tell us if you have a long term goal for the whole month.

This weeks my goals are:
My goal for the month is to fit into some old shirts (all the same size) and one pair of pants.
NO I didn't do well on my goals at all last week......so
My goals this week
1. Stay below 1800 calories
2. Get rid of these headaches once and for all
3. If I succeed in #2 then going back to exercising regularly
4. Lose 10lb this month
We can achieve our goals if we set out minds to it.

1. Get off the couch/computer chair and EXCERCISE!
2. Stay within my daily points range (WW)
3. Did I mention excercise?? Because this last week I missed several days. Ooops!
4. Lose 2 pounds

of my goals last week , i was only able to stick with 1 and that was the water!
this week:
1. 72 oz of water daily (up from 64 oz last week)..gotta get movin on this one today!
2. exercise at least 3 times per week
3. eat at least 1 serving of fresh veggies per day
goal for the month.. start an exercise habit!

My First 10% of Body Weight
My Goals this week are:
1. Exercise at least 4 times this week.
2. Stay below 1800 calories.
3. Drink all my water.
4. Stay away from the donuts and candy at work. Dang Manager!

I like our new mantra.. I'll use it in my siggie :)
1. lose 2 lbs.
2.Drink my water- a tuffy
3.excercise 10 min daily ( I gotta start somewhere)
4.Use positive self-talk F.l.y.
5.Keep my calories down.
6.Eat a big raw salad every day.
