My goal for the week is to break the mental barrier and go swimming. That pool is there to be used, right? For the month, I still want to get well and truly and FINALLY below 250. Good luck to us all!

Curves on Monday and Tuesday (Done)!
Wed (rest day) Done!
Thursday and Friday (Curves)
Water goals
5 510 ml of water per day,
Monday and Tuesday (3 bottles done)
Wed (3 bottles)
Thursday (3 bottles done, going to try for another 2 after work!)
Other goals set for me:
On track!! I need to study this weekend! I have my 1st paper due in 2 weeks!
