Feel free to lurk less often and participate more. We are all here just trying to support each other the best we can in our weight loss efforts. Some of us are at different points in our journeys, but I think we all understand the great undertaking that trying to shed pounds can be. Good luck to you, and hope to see more posts from you here.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I wasn't sure if I should post here because I read somewhere that it's just for those wishing to lose over 100lbs and that I should visit the other diet boards on ivillage.


I did break 200 but fear that I may be up again. We had a conference at work for two days in NYC. I ate terribly and late at night. I feel bloated, dehydrated and overall pretty crappy today. I am still eating garbage as well. This always happens. I make a small slip and can't seem to recover until I've done some serious damage. My plan for this weekend is to get on the treadmill tomorrow morning. Make some eggs for breakfast and a protein shake, get in at least 80oz of water and try to find my way back.
