Does anyone have or has anyone tried the Core Secrets Body Ball shaping system thingy? I got suckered into the infomercial one day and just received the stuff yesterday. Has anyone had good results with it? I've got other questions, too, but I'll wait until I know someone else out there has used it.

I haven't used the core secrets body ball.. I did have a body ball for about a week until my dog decided it was his new playtoy. lol about the only thing I ever used it for was stretching my back.. a few stability exercises and ball assisted squats.

I got the Core Secrets system about 2 years ago and used it off and on since then. I think it works all right but it's not the greatest thing in the world like it claims to be. Plus I got bored doing the same thing all the time. The ball is really good for stretching though and for doing crunches if you find them hard to do on the floor like I do.

Anyway, I liked it just fine. DS liked it a LOT as a newborn. Most nights the only way we could calm him down was by sitting on the ball and bouncing. Until the fateful night about a month ago when DS and I were on the ball and went bounce, bounce, SPLAT! The darn thing popped!! It was a good thing we were home alone because I was embarassed enough to tell DH about it--thank goodness he didn't see it happen!

GL with your ball!

I use one at the gym. Funny I just told my dh last night that I wouldn't mind having one at home. Just for crunches.

A lot of people use them at my gym, so I am guessing they work. I know I feel it big time the day after I use it for my abs.

Hi Allie,

I have a colleague who uses one in place of her chair at the office for part of the day. I've tried it to stretch out my back, but bet it would be killer-good for crunches. If only I weren't sure I'd fall flat on my a$$ in the first 30 seconds, that is. But I'm tempted, too. Let us know how you like it!
